The Echeverría family have farmed the Curicó Valley in Chile since 1740. They produce a range of natural wines including their flagship orange - No Es Pituko, which is Chilean slang for "it's not fancy". It may not be fancy but we think it’s so good we’ve invited them to take over the bar for a night.

DAK: four courses of Korean food selected to pair perfectly with the wines, €55, two sittings at 6pm and 8pm.
