The Balaran family of Domaine d'Escausses bring wines from Gaillac, one of France's oldest wine regions, in the south-west. Clos Fornelli join us from Haute-Corse on the island of Corsica. Both are members of Vignerons & Patrimoine, a group of growers committed to meticulous, largely organic vineyard work. This is a rare chance to taste their wines and hear the stories behind them from the people who make them.
